Double board-certified in Family Medicine and Obesity Medicine. Years of training, a career built from the ground up, a life that looked "successful" on paper.

But here's what nobody tells you when you're chasing the degree, the license, the letters after your name: you can build an entire career and still feel like you're missing your own life. And walking away doesn't have to mean starting over — it doesn't have to mean the years you put in were wasted.

I know because I lived it. And I know the same is true for the doctors, lawyers, accountants, therapists, and educators I work with now — high-achieving professionals who didn't spend a decade earning credentials just to spend the next one burned out, overextended, and running someone else's schedule.

Today, I help credentialed professionals do the same thing I did: take everything they've built and use it to create something more sustainable, more aligned, and more theirs. Through From Practice to Purpose, my CME-accredited group coaching program, and Mosaic, my 1:1 mastermind, I guide high-achieving professionals through building an online business without walking away from the expertise that got them here.

I'm also a telehealth entrepreneur, partnering with Vineyard to expand access to GLP-1 care, and the author of Self-Care Rx — a book born from everything I wish someone had told me sooner.

My work isn't about escaping medicine. It's about proving you don't have to choose between the practice you built and the purpose you're meant for.
